민사집행법 제99조(일괄매각사건의 병합)

①법원은 각각 경매신청된 여러 개의 재산 또는 다른 법원이나 집행관에 계속된 경매사건의 목적물에 대하여 제98조제1항 또는 제2항의 결정을 할 수 있다.

②다른 법원이나 집행관에 계속된 경매사건의 목적물의 경우에 그 다른 법원 또는 집행관은 그 목적물에 대한 경매사건을 제1항의 결정을 한 법원에 이송한다.

(2) In인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 objects아브젝츠 of어^v브 auction악션 cases케이시즈 pending펜딩 before비^f포 another어너^ð더 court코트 or오 an앤 execution엑서큐션 officer,오^f퍼서 that^ð댓 other어^ð더 court코트 or오 execution엑서큐션 officer오^f퍼서 shall섈 transfer트^r랜스^f퍼 the^ð디 auction악션 case케이스 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 object아브젝트 to투 the^ð더 court코트 that^ð댓 made메이드 the^ð더 decision디시전 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③제1항 및 제2항의 경우에 법원은 그 경매사건들을 병합한다.

(3) In인 the^ð더 cases케이시즈 of어^v브 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) and앤드 (2), the^ð더 court코트 shall섈 consolidate컨살리데잇 the^ð디 auction악션 cases.케이시즈
