발전소주변지역 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(지역위원회의 구성)

1. 주변지역이 속한 선거구에서 선출된 「공직선거법」 제20조제3항에 따른 지역구자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원 4명 이내. 다만, 지역구자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원이 4명을 초과하는 경우에는 지방의회의장의 추천에 따라 지역위원장이 위촉하는 사람 4명으로 하며, 원자력발전소 주변지역의 지역위원회인 경우에는 「공직선거법」 제20조제2항에 따른 비례대표자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원 중 1명을 추가할 수 있다.
