방사성폐기물 관리법 시행령 제9조(부담금의 납부시기 등)

① 부담금은 분기별로 부과ㆍ징수한다.

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 부담금을 부과ㆍ징수할 때에는 해당 분기에 발생한 사용후핵연료에 대한 부담금을 낼 것을 그 분기가 끝난 날부터 25일 이내에 「전기사업법」 제12조제1항제3호에 따른 원자력발전사업자(이하 "원자력발전사업자"라 한다)에게 고지하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항에 따른 부담금의 납부고지는 내야 할 부담금의 금액, 그 산정 근거, 납부기한 및 납부 장소와 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 기재한 서면(전자문서를 포함한다)으로 하여야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 납부기한은 고지한 날부터 2개월 이내로 한다.
