방송법 제9조의2(방송채널사용사업의 등록요건 및 신고요건)

1. 납입자본금과 실질자본금(해당 방송채널사용사업만을 위한 자본금을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 각각 5억원 이상일 것. 이 경우 "자본금"은 주식회사 외의 법인의 경우에는 "출자금"으로 본다.
