방송통신발전 기본법 시행령 제10조(교류추진위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 교류추진위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 위원장은 방송미디어통신위원회 위원장이 방송미디어통신위원회 위원 중에서 지명하고, 교류추진위원회 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 방송미디어통신위원회 위원장이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 commissioners커미셔너즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission,커미션 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Exchange익스체인지 Promotion프^r러모우션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

③ 제2항제3호에 따른 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

④ 위원장은 교류추진위원회를 대표하고 그 업무를 총괄한다. 다만, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 경우에는 방송미디어통신위원회 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑤ 위원장은 교류추진위원회의 회의를 소집ㆍ주재하며, 그 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Exchange익스체인지 Promotion프^r러모우션 Committee,커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 meetings미팅즈 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 교류추진위원회는 그 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 분과위원회를 설치할 수 있다.

(6) The^ð디 Exchange익스체인지 Promotion프^r러모우션 Committee커미티 may메이 establish이스태블리시 subcommittees서브커미티즈 where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 efficient이^f피션트 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 its잇츠 work.워크

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 교류추진위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 교류추진위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
