Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 12 (Collection of Contributions)

① 법 제25조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정에 따른 분담금의 징수율을 정할 때에는 방송운영의 공공성, 방송시장의 경쟁상황, 해당 사업자의 수익규모 및 재정상태 등을 종합적으로 고려하여야 한다. <개정 2015.6.22>

② 법 제25조제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정에 따른 지상파방송사업자, 방송채널사용사업자, 종합유선방송사업자, 위성방송사업자 및 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송 제공사업자는 다음 각 호의 자료를 매년 3월 31일까지 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 제1항에 따라 산정된 분담금을 징수하려면 납부금액, 납부기한 및 수납기관을 적은 납부통지서를 매년 8월 31일까지 해당 사업자에게 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.6.22, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
