Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 13 (Exemption, Reduction, Installment Payment of Contributions and Additional Charges)

① 법 제25조제5항에 따른 분담금의 면제ㆍ경감은 다음 각 호의 기준에 따른다. <개정 2013.10.30, 2015.6.22>

1. 다음 각 목의 사업자 중 전년도 방송광고매출액이 50억원 이하인 사업자로서 전년도 손익계산서상 당기순손실이 발생한 사업자: 해당 연도의 분담금 면제

나. 「방송법」 제2조제3호라목에 따른 방송채널사용사업자 중 종합편성 또는 보도에 관한 전문편성을 행하는 방송채널사용사업자

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 법 제25조제6항에 따라 같은 조 제1항제3호에 따른 분담금을 그 금액의 2분의 1씩 2회로 나누어 내게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 제1회의 납부기한은 9월 30일까지로 하고, 제2회의 납부기한은 11월 30일까지로 한다. <신설 2020.8.4, 2025.10.1>

④ 법 제25조제7항에 따른 가산금은 체납된 분담금의 100분의 3에 해당하는 금액으로 한다. 다만, 납부기한 경과 후 1주일 이내에 납부하는 경우에는 체납된 분담금의 100분의 1에 해당하는 금액으로 한다. <개정 2011.3.29, 2020.8.4>
