Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 22 (Subjects and Procedures of Standardization)

① 법 제33조제1항 본문에 따른 방송통신 표준화의 대상은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따른 방송통신 표준화에 관한 사항 및 「산업표준화법」에 따른 한국산업표준 간의 중복 방지를 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 산업통상부장관과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
