방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정 제5조(분계점에서의 접속기준 등)

① 분계점에서의 접속방식은 간단하게 분리ㆍ시험할 수 있어야 하며, 과학기술정보통신부장관이 그 접속방식을 정하여 고시한 경우에는 이에 따른다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 방송통신망 간 접속기준은 사업자 상호 간의 합의에 따른다. 다만, 과학기술정보통신부장관이 접속기준을 고시한 경우에는 이에 따른다. <개정 2011.1.4, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③ 사업자는 이용자로부터 단말장치의 접속을 요청받은 경우 기술기준에 부적합하거나 그 밖에 특별한 경우를 제외하고는 이를 거부하여서는 아니 된다.
