방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정 제4조(분계점)

1. 사업용방송통신설비의 분계점은 사업자 상호 간의 합의에 따른다. 다만, 과학기술정보통신부장관이 분계점을 고시한 경우에는 이에 따른다.
