⑦법 제7조제2항제7호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 석회석의 노천 채광"이란 2004년 12월 31일 이전에 관계 법령의 규정에 따른 인가ㆍ허가 등을 받은 도별 개발면적(광산개발이 종료되어 훼손된 지역을 복원 또는 복구하고 준공검사가 완료된 날부터 6월 이내에 광산개발에 착수하지 아니한 경우에는 그 면적에 해당하는 면적을 제외한다) 내에서의 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 석회석의 노천 채광을 말하며, 해당 개발행위는 이를 완료하였을 때 훼손된 지역을 복원 또는 복구하는 것을 조건으로 한다. 이 경우 광산개발을 위하여 필요한 산지전용허가 등의 기간이 만료되어 그 기간연장만을 위한 인가ㆍ허가 등에 대하여는 다음 각 호의 요건을 적용하지 아니한다. <신설 2005.11.30, 2014.9.11>
