법인의 등기사항 등에 관한 특례법 제3조(분사무소 설치의 등기 등)

① 법인이 분사무소(分事務所)나 지점을 설치한 경우에는 주사무소(主事務所)나 본점의 소재지에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기하여야 한다.

② 법인이 대리인, 지배인, 간부직원 또는 집행간부 등 명칭과 관계없이 법인의 업무에 관하여 재판상 또는 재판 외의 모든 행위를 할 수 있는 자(이하 "대리인등"이라 한다)를 선임한 경우로서 다른 법령에서 등기의무를 부과한 경우에는 주사무소나 본점의 소재지에서 그 대리인등에 관한 사항을 등기하여야 한다.
