법인의 등기사항 등에 관한 특례법 제3조의2(사무소의 이전등기)

① 법인이 주사무소나 본점을 이전한 경우에는 종전 소재지 또는 새 소재지에서 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기하여야 한다.

② 법인이 분사무소나 지점을 이전한 경우에는 주사무소나 본점의 소재지에서 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기하여야 한다.
