병역법 제20조의4(학교생활기록부의 제출요구 등)

① 병무청장은 제20조와 제20조의2에 따라 군에 복무할 것을 지원한 사람의 전형 및 선발을 위하여 지원자의 동의를 받아 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른 학교의 장에게 정보시스템을 통하여 지원자의 최종학교 학교생활기록부 제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제출을 요구받은 사람은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요구에 따라야 한다.
