보험업법 제38조(입사청약서)

Insurance Business Act, Article 38 (Application for Membership)

① 발기인이 아닌 자가 상호회사의 사원이 되려면 입사청약서 2부에 보험의 목적과 보험금액을 적고 기명날인하여야 한다. 다만, 상호회사가 성립한 후 사원이 되려는 자는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 발기인은 제1항에 따른 입사청약서를 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여 작성하고, 이를 비치(備置)하여야 한다.
