보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제54조(청소년심리검사 등)

① 법 제26조에 따라 심리검사 등을 요청하려는 사람은 소년분류심사원장에게 법무부장관이 정한 방법과 절차에 따라 심리검사를 의뢰하여야 한다.

② 소년분류심사원장은 제1항에 따른 청소년 심리검사 등을 의뢰받았을 때에는 심리검사 등의 일시와 장소, 그 밖에 필요한 사항 등 협조사항을 미리 알려야 한다.
