보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제59조(학교의 설치ㆍ운영 등)

① 법 제29조에 따른 소년원학교(이하 "소년원학교"라 한다)를 설치하는 경우에는 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에서 정하는 기준에 따라야 한다.

② 소년원학교의 원활한 운영과 소년보호 교육기관의 특성을 고려하여 "소년원"과 "소년원의 각급학교 명칭"을 함께 사용할 수 있다.
