보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률 제18조(부양가족수당)

Act on Support for Persons Eligible for Veterans Compensation, Article 18 (Dependent Family Allowance)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로서 부양가족이 있는 경우에는 그 수에 따라 부양가족수당을 지급한다.

1. 재해부상군경 중 대통령령으로 정하는 상이등급 이상으로 판정된 사람

② 제1항에 따른 부양가족의 범위는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.
