복권 및 복권기금법 시행령 제9조(수탁사업자 및 재수탁사업자의 요건)

① 법 제12조제3항제1호에 따른 경제적 능력은 수탁사업 및 재수탁사업을 안정적으로 운영하는 데 필요한 자본금 및 소요자금 조달능력으로 한다.
