Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Article 13 (Reporting of Violations)

① 누구든지 이 법의 위반행위가 발생하였거나 발생하고 있다는 사실을 알게 된 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관에 신고할 수 있다.
