부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 제81조(교육과 홍보 등)

① 위원회 또는 시민고충처리위원회는 모든 사람이 자신의 권리를 인지하고 권리의 침해가 발생한 경우 이를 구제받을 수 있도록 하기 위하여 필요한 교육과 홍보를 할 수 있다.

② 위원회 또는 시민고충처리위원회는 학교에서 고충민원의 처리와 권리구제 및 부패방지에 관한 내용이 교육될 수 있도록 지원하기 위하여 교육부장관과 협의할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
