Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Confiscation and Recovery of Corrupt Assets, Article 6 (Request for Restitution of Crime Victim Property)

① 피해자등은 회복대상재산의 환부를 받으려는 경우에는 제5조제1항에 따른 통지를 받은 날 또는 같은 조 제2항에 따른 공고일부터 60일 이내에 회복대상재산을 보관하고 있는 검사에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 청구서를 작성하여 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회복대상재산의 환부를 청구해야 한다. 이 경우 청구서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 소명(疏明)할 수 있는 자료를 첨부해야 한다.
