Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion and Advancement of Root Industries, Article 30 (Processing of Unique Identification Information)

산업통상부장관(제29조에 따라 산업통상부장관의 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2021.12.16, 2025.10.1>
