Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Restructuring of Private Universities, Article 9 (Management Advice)

① 전담기관의 장은 법 제14조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 경영위기대학 또는 해당 학교법인에 경영자문에 대한 응답을 제공하거나 지원할 수 있다.
