사학기관 재무ㆍ회계 규칙 제36조(계약담당자)

①계약담당자는 각각 그 법인의 이사장과 학교의 장으로 한다.

②제1항의 계약담당자는 계약규모에 따라 그 계약체결에 관한 사무를 소속직원에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 1976.1.7>

(2) The^ð더 contracting칸트^r랙팅 officers오^f퍼서즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) may메이 delegate델러게잇 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 conclusion컨클루전 of어^v브 contracts칸트^r랙츠 to투 employees엠플로이이즈 under언더 their^ð데어 control컨트^r로울 depending디펜딩 on안 the^ð더 scale스케일 of어^v브 the^ð더 contracts.칸트^r랙츠

③계약은 계약담당자(제2항의 규정에 의하여 계약체결에 관한 사무의 위임을 받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)가 체결한다. <개정 1976.1.7>
