사학기관 재무ㆍ회계 규칙 제37조(계약서의 작성)

①계약금액이 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제49조제1호의 규정에 의한 금액을 초과하는 경우에는 계약서를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 1982.5.28, 1999.1.29, 2005.9.27>

②제1항의 계약서에는 계약담당자가 기명날인하여야 한다. <개정 1976.1.7>

(2) The^ð더 contracting칸트^r랙팅 officer오^f퍼서 shall섈 write^r라잇 his히즈 or오 her허 name네임 and앤드 affix애^f픽스 his히즈 or오 her허 seal실 on안 the^ð더 written^r리튼 contract칸트^r랙트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③제1항의 규정에 의한 계약서를 작성하지 아니하고 계약을 하는 경우 관련서류의 제출ㆍ비치에 관하여는 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행규칙」 제50조의 규정을 준용한다. <신설 2000.8.31, 2005.9.27>
