사회복지사 등의 처우 및 지위 향상을 위한 법률 제4조(한국사회복지공제회)

① 사회복지사 등은 생활안정과 복지증진을 도모하기 위하여 보건복지부장관의 인가를 받아 한국사회복지공제회(이하 "공제회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2012.5.23>

② 공제회는 법인으로 하고, 주된 사무소는 서울특별시에 둔다.

③ 공제회의 정관 기재사항은 대통령령으로 정하고, 정관의 변경은 대의원회의 의결을 거쳐 보건복지부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다.
