Act on Improving the Treatment and Status of Social Workers, etc., Article 9 (Administrative Measures)

① 보건복지부장관은 공제회의 운영이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에 기간을 정하여 운영 및 업무의 시정, 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다.

② 공제회에 대하여는 이 법에서 규정된 것 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
