사회적기업 육성법 제16조의4(사회적기업 공제사업)

① 협회는 사회적기업의 자주적 경제활동과 폐업 등의 위기로부터 보호, 재기 등을 지원하기 위하여 공제사업을 수행할 수 있다.

(1) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 may메이 carry캐^r리 out아웃 a어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 project프^r라젝트 to투 support서포트 the^ð디 autonomous오타너머스 economic에커나믹 activities액티^v버티즈 of어^v브 social소우실 enterprises,엔터프^r라이지즈 their^ð데어 protection프^r러텍션 from^f프^r럼 crises크^r라이시즈 such서치 as애즈 closure,클로우저 and앤드 their^ð데어 recovery.^r리커^v브^r리

② 협회는 제1항에 따른 사업을 수행하려면 공제사업규정을 제정하여 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. 공제사업규정을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

(2) To투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 project프^r라젝트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 project프^r라젝트 regulations^r레귤레이션즈 and앤드 obtain어브테인 approval어프^r루^v블 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Employment엠플로이먼트 and앤드 Labor.레이버 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 when웬 amending어멘딩 the^ð더 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 project프^r라젝트 regulations.^r레귤레이션즈

③ 제2항에 따른 공제사업규정에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 project프^r라젝트 regulations^r레귤레이션즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

④ 그 밖에 공제사업의 승인 요건 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(4) Other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 requirements^r리콰이어먼츠 and앤드 procedures프^r러시저즈 for^f포 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 project프^r라젝트 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑤ 협회의 공제사업에 관하여는 「보험업법」을 적용하지 아니한다.

(5) The^ð디 Insurance인슈^r런스 Business비즈니스 Act액트 shall섈 not낫 apply어플라이 to투 the^ð더 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 project프^r라젝트 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션
