산림조합법 시행령 제20조(조합감사위원회의 위원장 및 위원의 자격요건)

1. 조합, 중앙회(중앙회의 자회사를 포함한다) 또는 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제38조에 따른 검사 대상 기관(이에 상응하는 외국금융기관을 포함한다)의 감사ㆍ회계 또는 산림행정 부문에서 상시근무직으로 10년 이상 근무한 경력이 있는 사람. 다만, 조합에서 최근 2년 이내에 임직원으로 근무한 사람은 제외한다.

2. 농림업 또는 금융업과 관련된 국가기관ㆍ연구기관ㆍ교육기관 또는 회사에서 근무한 경력이 있는 사람으로서 제1호에서 정한 사람과 같은 수준 이상의 자격이 있다고 중앙회의 정관으로 정하는 사람
