산업디자인진흥법 시행령 제10조(선정신청)

①법 제6조제1항의 규정에 의한 우수산업디자인상품(이하 "우수산업디자인상품"이라 한다)의 선정을 받고자 하는 자는 제14조의 규정에 의한 계획에서 정하는 바에 따라 산업통상부장관에게 우수산업디자인상품의 선정신청을 하여야 한다. <개정 1999.4.9, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

②우수산업디자인상품의 선정신청을 할 수 있는 상품은 우수산업디자인상품의 선정을 신청한 날의 2년 전부터 국내 또는 국외에서 판매중이거나 판매예정인 상품으로 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 상품을 제외한다. <개정 1999.4.9, 2001.5.24, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2015.6.22, 2025.10.1>
