산업안전보건법 제3조(적용 범위)

이 법은 모든 사업에 적용한다. 다만, 유해ㆍ위험의 정도, 사업의 종류, 사업장의 상시근로자 수(건설공사의 경우에는 건설공사 금액을 말한다. 이하 같다) 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 종류의 사업 또는 사업장에는 이 법의 전부 또는 일부를 적용하지 아니할 수 있다.
