Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Management and Utilization of Industrial Property Information, Article 4 (Scope and Methods of Fact-Finding Surveys)

① 법 제7조제1항에 따른 실태조사(이하 "실태조사"라 한다)의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 지식재산처장은 실태조사를 하려는 경우에는 조사 대상자의 선정기준을 정해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 지식재산처장은 제2항의 선정기준에 따라 조사 대상자가 선정된 경우에는 조사의 목적ㆍ내용 및 기간 등을 포함한 실태조사 계획을 조사 대상자에게 미리 알려야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
