상공회의소법 시행령 제8조(설립등기)

① 제7조제2항에 따라 선출된 상공회의소의 회장은 의원총회가 끝난 후 1개월 이내에 해당 상공회의소의 설립등기를 하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 설립등기를 신청할 때에는 시ㆍ도지사의 상공회의소 설립인가서 사본과 정관 사본을 첨부해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.9.8>
