상법 제468조(사용인의 우선변제권)

신원보증금의 반환을 받을 채권 기타 회사와 사용인간의 고용관계로 인한 채권이 있는 자는 회사의 총재산에 대하여 우선변제를 받을 권리가 있다. 그러나 질권ㆍ저당권이나 「동산ㆍ채권 등의 담보에 관한 법률」에 따른 담보권에 우선하지 못한다. <개정 2010.6.10>
