상법 제708조(적하의 일부손해의 보상)

보험의 목적인 적하가 훼손되어 양륙항에 도착한 때에는 보험자는 그 훼손된 상태의 가액과 훼손되지 아니한 상태의 가액과의 비율에 따라 보험가액의 일부에 대한 손해를 보상할 책임이 있다.
