상표법 제61조(이의신청 이유 등의 보정)

제60조제1항에 따른 상표등록의 이의신청인(이하 "이의신청인"이라 한다)은 이의신청기간이 지난 후 30일 이내에 그 이의신청서에 적은 이유와 증거를 보정할 수 있다.
