새마을금고법 시행령 제21조(합병 지원)

① 법 제38조에 따라 회장으로부터 합병 권고를 받은 금고는 합병 권고를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 그 사실을 금고 게시판에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2011.9.9>

② 국가, 지방자치단체 또는 중앙회는 금고 간의 합병을 추진하거나 금고 간에 합병을 한 경우에 금고의 정상운영을 위하여 인력과 자금 등을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2011.9.9, 2020.9.8>
