새마을금고법 시행령 제28조(임직원)

① 중앙회의 임원에 관하여는 제9조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제9조제1항 중 "법 제19조제8항"은 "법 제64조의2제6항"으로, 같은 조 제2항 중 "이사장"은 "회장"으로 본다. <개정 2011.9.9, 2016.7.5>

② 중앙회의 직원은 회장이 실시하는 전형시험에 합격한 자이어야 한다. <개정 2011.9.9>
