새마을금고법 시행령 제40조(회계)

① 중앙회의 회계는 일반회계와 특별회계로 구분하되, 각 회계별 사업부문은 정관으로 정한다. <개정 2011.9.9>

(1) The^ð디 accounting어카운팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 be비 divided디^v바이디드 into인투 a어 general제너^r럴 account어카운트 and앤드 special스페실 accounts,어카운츠 and앤드 the^ð더 business비즈니스 sector섹터 of어^v브 each이치 account어카운트 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

② 중앙회는 총회의 의결을 얻어 각 회계의 수익금의 일부를 회계 간에 전출입할 수 있다. 다만, 법 제71조의 예금자보호준비금(이하 "준비금"이라 한다)은 다른 회계로 전출할 수 없다. <개정 2011.9.9>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 정한 것 외에 중앙회의 회계에 필요한 사항은 회장이 정한다. <개정 2011.9.9>
