새마을금고법 시행령 제41조의2(우선출자증권 발행사항의 공고)

중앙회는 법 제70조의2에 따라 우선출자를 하게 할 때에는 우선출자의 납입일 2주 전까지 발행하려는 우선출자증권의 내용, 좌수(座數), 발행가액, 납입일 및 모집방법을 공고하고 출자자와 우선출자자에게 알려야 한다.
