새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제31조의19(공사채의 이전)

① 기명식 공사채를 이전한 경우 취득자의 성명과 주소를 공사채 원부에 적고 그 성명을 공사채에 적어 넣지 아니하면 공사나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.

② 기명식 공사채를 질권의 목적으로 하는 경우에는 질권자의 성명과 주소를 공사채 원부에 적어 넣지 아니하면 공사나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.

③ 공사는 제2항에 따라 질권이 설정된 때에는 공사채에 그 뜻을 표시하여야 한다.

(3) When웬 a어 pledge플레지 has해즈 been빈 established이스태블리시트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 indicate인더케잇 that^ð댓 fact^f팩트 on안 the^ð더 corporate코퍼^r럿 bonds.반즈
