생명공학육성법 시행령 제14조(임상시험 및 검정지침의 작성)

①농림축산식품부장관ㆍ산업통상부장관ㆍ보건복지부장관ㆍ기후에너지환경부장관 및 해양수산부장관은 법 제17조에 따른 소관 분야의 생명공학 관련제품에 대한 임상 및 검정체제를 확립하기 위하여 그 임상시험 및 검정에 관한 지침을 심의회의 심의를 거쳐 작성ㆍ시행해야 한다. 다만, 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 제외한다. <개정 1993.3.6, 1994.12.23, 1995.7.13, 2004.6.29, 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2013.3.23, 2020.11.20, 2025.10.1>

②제1항의 임상시험 및 검정에 관한 지침에는 다음 각호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. 다만, 생명공학관련제품의 성질이 특수하여 정할 수 없는 사항이 있는 경우에는 그 사항을 정하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 1995.7.13, 2020.11.20>
