Enforcement Decree of the Bioethics and Safety Act, Article 4 (Composition of Specialized Committees)

① 각 전문위원회는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이상 7명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 각 전문위원회의 위원장은 해당 전문위원회의 위원 중에서 호선(互選)하고, 각 전문위원회의 부위원장은 각 전문위원회의 위원장이 지명한다.

④ 제2항에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원의 임기는 그 재임 기간으로 한다.

⑤ 위원 중 결원이 생긴 경우에는 제2항에 따라 보궐위원을 위촉하여야 하며, 새로 위촉된 위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.
