서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제37조(공유재산의 무상대부 등)

① 법 제36조제1항에 따른 대부와 사용ㆍ수익의 내용, 조건 및 절차는 해당 공유재산을 소유한 지방자치단체의 장과 진흥원 간의 계약에 따른다.

② 공유재산을 소유한 지방자치단체의 장은 진흥원이 법 제36조제1항에 따라 무상으로 대부하거나 사용ㆍ수익하게 된 공유재산을 목적 외의 용도로 사용하였을 때에는 계약을 해지할 수 있다.

③ 공유재산의 무상대부 또는 사용ㆍ수익에 관하여 법 또는 이 영에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 필요한 범위에서 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」의 관련 규정을 따른다.
