서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제47조의4(자활지원계정의 보증료 등)

① 법 제55조의4제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 보증료"란 자활지원계정에서 신용보증을 받은 자의 신용보증금액에 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 업무방법서에서 정한 비율을 곱한 금액을 말한다.

② 법 제55조의4제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 추가보증료"란 진흥원이 보증한 보증채무 중 이행되지 않은 채무금액에 제1항 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 업무방법서에서 정한 비율을 곱한 금액을 말한다.
