석유화학산업의 경쟁력 강화 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제18조(권한 또는 업무의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 산업통상부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)에게 위임할 수 있다.

② 이 법에 따른 산업통상부장관의 업무는 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 석유화학산업 관련 전문기관 또는 법인ㆍ단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
