세계무역기구협정의 이행에 관한 특별법 제3조(협정상의 권익 확보)

① 정부는 협정의 기본원칙에 따라 권리와 의무를 행한다.

② 정부는 협상의 결과가 협정의 기본원칙에 어긋나거나 협정 의무의 이행으로 인하여 특정 품목의 국내 피해가 클 경우 협정 절차에 따라 이를 수정하기 위한 협상을 추진하여야 한다.
