세무사법 제20조의3(권한의 위임 및 업무의 위탁)

Certified Tax Accountant Act, Article 20-3 (Delegation of Authority and Entrustment of Services)

① 이 법에 따른 재정경제부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국세청장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제5조에 따른 세무사 자격시험에 관한 재정경제부장관의 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자격검정 등을 목적으로 설립된 법인에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제6조, 제7조, 제7조의2 및 제8조에 따른 세무사등록에 관한 재정경제부장관의 업무 중 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람의 세무사등록에 관한 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 한국세무사회에 위탁할 수 있다. <신설 2011.5.2, 2013.1.1, 2020.6.9, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.23>
