소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제15조(소방시설정보관리시스템 운영방법 및 통보 절차 등)

① 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 법 제12조제5항에 따른 소방시설의 작동정보 등을 실시간으로 수집ㆍ분석할 수 있는 시스템(이하 "소방시설정보관리시스템"이라 한다)으로 수집되는 소방시설의 작동정보 등을 분석하여 해당 특정소방대상물의 관계인(「소방기본법」 제2조제3호에 따른 관계인을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 해당 소방시설의 정상적인 작동에 필요한 사항과 관리 방법 등 개선사항에 관한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2024.11.29>

② 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 소방시설정보관리시스템을 통하여 소방시설의 고장 등 비정상적인 작동정보를 수집한 경우에는 해당 특정소방대상물의 관계인에게 그 사실을 알려주어야 한다.

③ 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 소방시설정보관리시스템의 체계적ㆍ효율적ㆍ전문적인 운영을 위해 전담인력을 둘 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 소방시설정보관리시스템의 운영방법 및 통보 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 세부 사항은 소방청장이 정한다.
